After a valiant struggle, Jack passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the age of 50. Soul mate and best friend of Brenda Tier. Father of Jamie, Ashley, Stephanie and Janique. Special friend and father figure to Ashley and Paul. Jack will be missed by his friends at Purvis Marine and his companion Lexxi. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place in Chapleau at a later date. Memorial donations to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
