Passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 83. Devoted wife of the late Benjamin Francis Smith. Loving mother of Benjamin (Dawn) of Calgary, AB and Paul (Kim) of Yellowknife, NT. Dear grandmother of Jeffery (Ashley) and Zachary. Great grandmother of Isabelle and Ethan. Loving sister Anne-Jane von Aulock of Cologne, Germany. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Hilda Keays of Carleton Place and sister Claire Strong of Sault Ste. Marie. Beth will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Cathedral on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. with Dean James McShane officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Sault Area Hospital, St. Luke's Cathedral or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
