Obituary of Robert Martin

Surrounded by the love of his family, Bob passed away at the F.J. Davey Home on Friday, June 24, 2016 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Norma for 57 years. Loving father of Sandra Johnson (Al), Wendy Hobbs (Harold) and Cathy Souliere (Danny). Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Ben, Sarah, Bob, Megan, Nicholas and Justin. Predeceased by his sisters Rhea Aronson (Walter) and Doreen Scott (Dennis). Dear brother-in-law of Doreen Guerriero (Jim), Arn Willoughby (Virginia), Nancy Jollineau (Larry), Reg Willoughby (late Krystyna). Bob will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. A private family service will be held. Friends and family are invited to the Royal Canadian Legion for a time of fellowship and reception on Monday, June 27, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. A very special thank you to all the staff of Apple Orchard 3 for the care and compassion shown to Bob and our family.
