VALENTE, Bruno - At the General Hospital on Monday, January 24, 2011 at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband of the late Vittoria Valente. Dear father of Joseph Valente (Sharon), Antoniette Gioia (Gus) and Dominic Valente (partner Maureen). Precious Nonno of Jason, Shannon and Siobhan Valente and Victoria Gioia. Son of the late Giuseppe and Elizabeth Valente. Brother of the late Tony Valente, Sam Valente (Rose), Anna Maria Roti (Vito), Caterina DeSimone (late Frank), Rose Romano (Nicola), Teresa Zaccaria (Michele) and Cosmo Valente (Lynn). Son-in-law of the late Domenico and Rosa Salerno. Brother-in-law of the late Pasquale (Rosa), Giuseppe, late Caterina (late Tony), late Rosina (late Frank), Stella (Tony), Domenichina (late Tony) and Sara (late Tony). Bruno will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at St. Veronica's Church at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or St. Veronica's Church would be appreciated by the family. www.northwoodfuneral.com
