RAYMOND, Rene Joseph - Finally at peace after a lengthy illness at the Thessalon Hospital on Thursday April 14, 2011. Ray, in his 88th year, beloved husband of Myrna of Bruce Mines for 63 years. Loving father of Ann Barrer (Barry), Fay Bouillon (Dan), Ray (Claudette), Brenda Collins (Patrick), Judy Forsyth (Scott) and Ruben. Grandpa to 14 and great-grandpa to 8. Dear brother of Gerry Seibts, Janet White, Paul Raymond, Paulette Rathwell and the late Anna Albert and Hermas Raymond. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning April 19, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral and committal service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the SAH Renal Clinic would be appreciated by the family. Special thank-you to Dr. Blois and all the nurses at the Thessalon Hospital for their wonderful care of Ray.
