Obituary of Tanazey Kozak

KOZAK, Tom (Tanazey) - Passed away peacefully at A.R.C.H on Thursday, May 12, 2011 in his 88th year. Loving father of Tom (Donna) of Charlotte, NC, Daniel (Linda) of Aurora, ON, Dale (Karen) of Fredricton, NB, Mona Prisel of Vancover, BC, and Graham (Roberta Stave) of Beeton, ON. Beloved Grandpa of Allyson, Brandon, Meagan, Rachel, Nathan, Matthew and Amy. Brother of Steve Kozak (Jean), the late Mary Lepack (late Paul), late Walter Kozak (Mary). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Tom was a member of the Algoma Lodge and had been a member of the Masonic Order for more than 30 years. He was also a member of Shrine Mocha Temple, London ON and had served in various capacities with the Sault Shrine Club as well as a member of the Royal Order of Jester's. Tom will be fondly remembered by his Masonic brethren and many friends. A Private Family Service was held on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758). Memorial donations to ARCH would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and all the staff of A.R.C.H for the care and compassion given over Tom's final days.
