Obituary of William Donald Callahan
Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Edith for 61 years. Loving father of Carol Lynn Callahan (Rob), Lou-Anne Desroche (Conrad) and Richard Andrew Callahan (Linda). Cherished grandfather of 5. Brother of Eleanor Swanton (Bill), Bernice Crosby (Jim) and Peggy Suppa (Bill) and predeceased by Patrick (Sally), John (Janet) and Lorna Prins (Pieter). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Jocelyn Township, St. Joseph Island on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Rosalie Goos officiating. Memorial donations to Women in Crisis (Algoma) would be appreciated by the family.
